Series ContinuesThis Sunday at St Kea, we continue our series in 1 Peter, exploring what it means to follow Jesus in a world where we don’t quite belong. This week, Peter reminds us that suffering for our faith shouldn’t come as a surprise—it’s part of the Christian life. These are challenging words. How can we rejoice in suffering? What does that even look like? When we face opposition for our faith, we can take heart, knowing that we are blessed because God’s Spirit rests on us. Instead of being ashamed, we are called to entrust ourselves to our faithful Creator and continue to do good. So, what does it truly mean to entrust ourselves to God and live with confidence, knowing He is working through our trials? Join us as we unpack this challenging but hope-filled passage. We’d love to welcome you this Sunday as we seek God’s wisdom and encouragement together. Refreshments are served both before and after our gathering. Our normal groups for children and young people continue. A livestream will be broadcast and prayer ministry will be available after the service.
